Return Policy for Products Provided by Epic Stock Media
1. YOUR PURCHASE IS SUBJECT TO THE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Remember, the purchase of content from Epic Stock Media (ESM) is subject to the Epic Stock Media End User License Agreement and copyright laws. You can review the license agreement on our website here: Licence Agreement.
Keep in mind that Epic Stock Media cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of any content licensed from ESM in whatever form, including any consequential loss arising from delayed or lost shipment. ESM will not be responsible if the content does not fit your particular purpose.
2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
2.1 Returns
Epic Stock Media does not accept returns unless you have received defective content (corrupted files, partial files, improperly encoded). Defective content can be exchanged for the same product for a period of 90 days.
If you experience issues with defective content, please reach out to our support team with your order number and details of the problem you are facing, and we will be happy to assist you. Contact us at the address listed on your purchase receipt for further details.
2.2 Refunds
No refunds will be given for downloaded content. Downloaded content cannot be returned, and as such, we cannot provide refunds. However, in certain cases, we may choose to do so solely at our discretion. Please be aware that as soon as you have downloaded the content, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
